Day ummm.....14???
Ok so a little delayed in posts...not doing so great here!  But I guess it can only get better right?
I am going to be out of town untill Sunday so I will keep a log of my food and post when I get back, no matter how bad it is!  Then all we can do is improve.

Good Morning.  Today is the best day to plan and prep food for the week.  Hard boiled eggs, batch of chili, spaghetti sauce, cabbage rolls, etc.  Best to plan ahead so there are good choices for meals and snacks then convenient ones.  Good Luck!

Day 8:

Week 1 +1....only been a week and I am already really bad at starting posts! Haha, that is my goal in this upcoming week--get posts up sooner then the day after!  This week let's start posting what we ate as well as our exercise.  It would be good to keep track of that as well.

Day 6!!                                                   HAPPY JERSDAY!!

Can't believe it has already been 6 days. Seems like it is flying by this time!  I am finding that it is easier for me this time because I am adding more variety into my foods.  I am also not scared to have dinner foods for breakfast!! Like this morning I ate a can of tuna with a bowl of berries for breakfast.  It was pretty good! I had to eat something filling as today at my work is apparentely JUNK FOOD DAY!!!  So tempting but I am not going to give in to it!!
