October 21st, 2011

Day 7

Ok so not my proudest day but you know what, there are always going to bumps along the way.  We just need to get over them and continue on our path.

Ok, yesterday was pretty good. I know when I slip off the wagon.... stress filled days require preparation. I did well until around 3:00 pm then fell prey to the homemade banana bread - sugar boost.

Other than that little slip it was a not bad Paleo day

Breakfast: egg on buttered toast (bread is not Paleo but I gave in a little there too)
lunch: chicken, salad - gave my French fries away
Dinner: really late - after crossfit - hamburger with taco seasoning on spaghetti squash and salsa
Snack: apple, pear, almonds
Late evening snack: peanut butter on crackers - ok not so good Paleo but it was another comfort food thing

Hopefully I will actually do one full Paleo day next week. That will be this week's goal.
