Day 6!! HAPPY JERSDAY!!
Can't believe it has already been 6 days. Seems like it is flying by this time! I am finding that it is easier for me this time because I am adding more variety into my foods. I am also not scared to have dinner foods for breakfast!! Like this morning I ate a can of tuna with a bowl of berries for breakfast. It was pretty good! I had to eat something filling as today at my work is apparentely JUNK FOOD DAY!!! So tempting but I am not going to give in to it!!

Breakfast: bowl of berries, and can of tuna
Lunch: lean turkey lunch meat, 2 mini cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes
Snack: almonds and pear
Dinner: salad, roasted chicken, stir fried veggies, radishes, carrots
Busy at work today but managed to say no to chips, pop, chocolate, etc. Crossfit was great!! I deadlifted 120kg!! Very proud!!
Thursday was busy at work. I am working to drink more water. Herbal tea and water.
Breakfast: eggs and bacon
Lunch: three eggs, quiche left overs
Dinner: baconator, water
Snack: guacamole dip, rice crackers
Not the best Paleo day. I will do better Friday.
