B: mini quiches (cold), two pieces of bacon
L: three boiled eggs, veggies, guacamole dip
D: ok I blew it with the quiche it had a crust, couldn't say no because my friend had asked me what to bring for dinner, ate it with salad and it was good.
Snack: apple, pear, almonds

Book club night, I had herbal tea and one cookie, one biscotti, one small piece of dark chocolate. I think I did ok considering it was an hour and a half and I was in one of the close seats to the food.

Ok this is a hard thing too, going out with friends

Breakfast: apple and can of tuna

Snack: handfull of almonds

Lunch: leftover pork chop and stirfry veggies

Dinner: bacon and eggs (mmm breakfast for dinner) and a tomato

Snack: bowl of chilli

Good job Lauralee on restraining yourself at book club. I agree that it could have been worse! I have had a very bad couple of days and been tempted but just keep looking at the bigger picture and think of my ultimate goal!
