Day 8:
Week 1 +1....only been a week and I am already really bad at starting posts! Haha, that is my goal in this upcoming week--get posts up sooner then the day after! This week let's start posting what we ate as well as our exercise. It would be good to keep track of that as well.

I had a very bad day yesturday :( Everything went downhill since Jersday. I thought it was harder being at work with all the snack options around but it really is harder at home when I am bored.
That being said my goals this week are:
1.) Eat healthy (as I did las week monday - thursday afternoon snack)
2.) Get enough sleep!!!
3.) Be more active
