Today I am going to post a couple things I have been struggling with. What is the hardest thing for you and how have you overcome it? What kindof goals do you have?
Breakfast: 2 tangerines (booooo) Lunch: salad with tomatoes, balsamic dressing and 100g of lean tukey lunch meat Dinner: roasted chicken, salad with radishes balsamic dressing snack; bowl of paleo chilli
The things that I struggle with the most is work!! It is has been so hard for me because of the food that is always around. Tim Hortons, 1 for 1 pizza, PJ Quiglies....these places have been a source for my lunch for so long it is hard not to go there. every day i feel like it will get easier, but it is still a struggle! The easiest way for me not go to these places is to think of my goal--to be healthier!! I don't have a specific goal weight or goal size. I know I need to be a healthier me so I can make a healthier "mini me"!! Hahahaah (if anyone doesn't understand what I mean I guess we havne't spoken in a long, long while!! LOL)
B: mini quiches (cold) with bacon L: three eggs, veggies Snack: apple, pear, almonds D: salad with bacon, spaghetti squash with salsa
The things I struggle with is being organized. I know this works if I can make the time to be organized but life gets in the way. I find too that if I forget to get some cooking done on Sunday, then I have to have quick meals during the week. Luckily today my friend is bringing dinner so I don't have to cook. She even gave me the choice so I picked quiche and salad, so paleo all the way.
Also it was Avro's Birthday and I forgot. So extra treats on Wednesday
