Day 3
Looks like we are not the only two doing a Paleo Challenge!! Anyone is welcome to post! It is great motivation to have other people with the same goal in mind cheering eachother on.

Today was a great day for me!!! I was really good in everything I ate. As tempting as it was I stuck with the plan and ate well....no cheating!!!
Breakfast: frittata with an apple
Snack: handful of almonds
Lunch: salad with whole (organic) tomato, and leanturkey lunch meat ( not ideal but I worked! )
Dinner: pork chop with sauté onions and mushrooms, sweet potato, and stirfried red and green pepper, onion mushroom and carrots
Snack: bowl of Paleo chilli!!
Best part of my day was struggling through the day not eating pizza, or getting a chocolate bar, or having a hot chocolate and coming home to a full paleo meal made by my husband!! How sweet is that?!?! It is wonderful to have such a supportive (and adorable!!) man! That just motivates me more for tomorrow to make the right choices!!!
I had a good day too. Very busy at work with lots of stress. I managed to avoid the tempting baked goods by the coffee machine and the strategically placed candies on the reception desk.
B: mini quiches (hint - don't put the tin lined ones in the microwave)
L: chicken wings and salad - herbal tea and water
Snack: three boiled eggs, pear
D: pork chop, mushrooms and onions
S: cooked bacon for the week and nibbled too many pieces
Overall an awesome day. And I made it to Crossfit.
